Community Guidelines

Effective Date: [Effective date not configured] Version: 1.0 Company: AJTech LLC Support: support@example.com

These Community Guidelines are a production legal draft intended for review by qualified counsel before launch. They apply to workspace collaboration, editor/customer chat, publishing instructions, comments, change requests, staff interactions, and support communications.

1. Professional Conduct

Users must communicate professionally and use the Service for legitimate business marketing workflow purposes. Customer Users, Operations Admins, Editors, Uploaders, and Platform Super Admins should keep communications focused on assigned work, creative review, publishing instructions, support, and operational coordination.

2. Respectful Communication

Users may disagree about edits, captions, schedules, or publishing strategy, but must do so respectfully. Harassment, personal attacks, repeated unwanted contact, intimidation, or abusive language are not permitted.

3. No Harassment or Discrimination

Users may not use chat, comments, instructions, file names, captions, workspace notes, or support channels to harass, demean, discriminate against, or target people based on protected characteristics, identity, beliefs, disability, age, nationality, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other legally protected status.

4. No Threats or Abusive Language

Threats of violence, self-harm encouragement, extortion, blackmail, coercion, sexually explicit harassment, or severe abuse are prohibited. We may restrict access or report credible threats where required or appropriate.

5. No Spam or Workflow Abuse

Users may not flood chats, create repetitive messages, abuse notifications, submit irrelevant assets, intentionally create duplicate publishing work, or use the workflow to pressure staff or customers into prohibited conduct.

6. No Credential Sharing

Users may not request, share, post, or store passwords, OAuth tokens, session cookies, API keys, SMTP credentials, Stripe secrets, KMS details, or social-platform login credentials in chat, comments, captions, instructions, uploaded media, or support messages.

7. No Unauthorized Content

Users may not upload or instruct staff to use content they are not authorized to use. This includes copyrighted media, music, brand assets, likenesses, stock media, customer data, private information, or third-party materials without proper rights and permissions.

8. No Illegal Instructions

Users may not ask staff or other users to publish illegal content, violate platform rules, evade moderation, misrepresent disclosures, manipulate engagement, commit fraud, target prohibited audiences, or circumvent compliance requirements.

9. Customer Data Confidentiality

Platform staff must treat customer content, business information, publishing plans, connected account metadata, and workflow discussions as confidential. Staff may use customer media and data only for assigned workflow purposes and must not reuse, disclose, download, retain, or distribute it outside the authorized workflow.

10. Staff Interactions

Operations Admins, Editors, Uploaders, and Platform Super Admins must follow assignment boundaries, access only authorized workspaces or assets, avoid conflicts of interest where required, and escalate security, legal, harassment, copyright, or platform-policy concerns through approved channels.

11. No External Misuse of Customer Media

Editors and Uploaders may download customer media only when needed for assigned work. Customer media may not be used in portfolios, training materials, public examples, personal accounts, third-party tools, or unrelated projects unless the Customer gives explicit authorization and the use complies with law and platform policies.

12. No Malicious Uploads

Users may not upload malware, exploit files, corrupted media intended to attack systems, credential-harvesting content, or files designed to evade scanning, validation, processing limits, or storage controls.

13. Reporting Abusive Behavior

Users should report harassment, threats, staff misconduct, confidentiality concerns, suspicious account activity, unlawful instructions, or policy violations to support@example.com. Reports should include relevant context but should not include passwords, OAuth tokens, payment card numbers, or other secrets.

14. Enforcement

We may warn users, remove content, restrict chat, limit uploads, pause publishing, reassign staff, suspend accounts, terminate access, preserve evidence, or report conduct to authorities where required. Enforcement decisions may consider severity, recurrence, customer risk, staff safety, legal obligations, social-platform rules, and system security.

15. Relationship to Other Policies

These guidelines work with the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and Copyright Infringement Policy. If a conflict exists, the more specific or protective rule may apply to the relevant conduct.
