1. Purpose

The Orbelyra platform is intended for lawful business marketing workflows, including uploading creative media, collaborating with assigned Editors and Uploaders, approving exact media versions, preparing publishing metadata, and publishing approved content to connected social accounts.

2. Illegal Activity

4. Impersonation, Fraud, and Deception

Users may not impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent account authority, submit fraudulent billing information, create deceptive workspaces, mislead viewers, hide material disclosures, or use the Service for scams, phishing, or social engineering.

5. Malware, Phishing, and Security Abuse

Users may not upload malware, exploit code, malicious scripts, credential stealers, corrupted media intended to attack systems, phishing content, or content designed to compromise the Service, customers, staff, social platforms, or third parties.

6. Harassment, Threats, and Exploitation

Users may not use chat, comments, publishing instructions, media, or workflows to harass, threaten, abuse, exploit, intimidate, dox, stalk, discriminate against, or promote violence against any person or group.

7. Spam and Deceptive Engagement

Users may not use the Service for spam, unsolicited bulk posting, deceptive engagement, artificial amplification, fake reviews, coordinated inauthentic behavior, platform manipulation, or other conduct intended to evade social-platform integrity systems.

8. Unauthorized Social Accounts

Users may connect only social accounts they are authorized to manage. Users may not connect stolen, leased, compromised, fake, or unauthorized accounts, or accounts whose use would violate Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, or other provider policies.

9. Attempts to Bypass Permissions

Users may not attempt to bypass authentication, workspace membership checks, staff assignments, Row-Level Security, tenant isolation, role authorization, media-version immutability, OAuth token protection, publishing idempotency, billing controls, quota controls, rate limits, or platform restrictions.

10. Scraping and Automated Abuse

Users may not scrape, crawl, harvest, enumerate, or extract data from the Service unless expressly authorized. Users may not use bots, scripts, or automated requests to overload the Service, evade limits, or access information outside assigned workspaces.

11. Credential Abuse

Users may not share passwords, session cookies, CSRF tokens, OAuth authorization codes, API credentials, SMTP credentials, Stripe keys, KMS details, storage secrets, or social platform credentials. Users must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

12. Circumventing API Limits

Users may not attempt to evade provider quotas, TikTok sandbox restrictions, YouTube quota limits, Meta permission limits, Redis or queue safeguards, upload limits, storage entitlements, publication idempotency controls, or subscription restrictions.

13. Regulated or High-Risk Content

Users are responsible for complying with laws and platform policies applicable to regulated goods, professional services, alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, gambling, financial products, health claims, supplements, political advertising, employment, housing, credit, endorsements, contests, and age-restricted content. Prohibited regulated content may not be uploaded, approved, scheduled, or published.

14. Political, Health, and Financial Claims

Users may not use the Service for unlawful political advertising, undisclosed political sponsorship, prohibited targeted advertising, deceptive health claims, unsubstantiated medical claims, fraudulent investment promotions, or financial claims that violate law or social-platform policy.

15. Platform Policy Violations

Users must comply with the applicable policies of Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and any other supported provider. Users may not use the Service to do something indirectly that those providers prohibit directly.

16. Community Conduct

Users must follow the Community Guidelines when using comments, chat, change requests, publishing instructions, staff assignments, or support channels. Professional disagreement is allowed; harassment and abusive behavior are not.

17. Enforcement Actions

We may take enforcement action when we reasonably believe this policy, the Terms, law, provider policy, security rules, billing rules, or platform safeguards have been violated. Enforcement may include warning, content removal, upload restriction, publishing restriction, OAuth disconnection, workspace suspension, account suspension, account termination, staff access removal, preservation of evidence, or reporting to authorities where required.

18. Reporting

Report suspected abuse, policy violations, security issues, or unlawful content to support@example.com. Do not include passwords, OAuth tokens, payment card numbers, or other secrets in reports.
